Services

Everything your site needs.
Nothing it doesn't.

Most local websites were built for a desktop screen ten years ago. We rebuild them for how customers actually find you today: on a phone, in a hurry, ready to call.

A full redesign, not a template swap

Custom layout, type and color built around your business, with clear calls to action, your real hours and services, and nothing that slows a customer down.

Phone-first

Big tap targets, click-to-call, one-tap directions, and text you can read without pinching.

Fast by default

Lightweight static pages with no bloated page builders, so the site loads quickly even on a weak signal.

Local SEO basics

Proper titles, descriptions, business details for Google, a sitemap and a Google Business Profile check.

Booking & ordering

We connect the tool you already use (or pick one), like Square, Calendly, OpenTable or Vagaro, in your own account.

What a redesign includes

Out with the old site.
In with one that works.

Here's what changes when we rebuild a typical small-business website, from the first tap on a phone to the call that comes in.

The typical outdated site

  • A tiny desktop page you have to pinch and zoom
  • Phone number buried in a footer or an image
  • Menu or services stuck in a PDF
  • Hours that are hard to find or out of date
  • Slow page builders and autoplaying clutter

Your CyberHub site

  • Phone-first layout with text you can read at a glance
  • Tap-to-call and one-tap directions on every screen
  • A real web menu or services list Google can read
  • Hours, location and contact right up front
  • Lightweight static pages that load quickly

Sample designs

Drag to compare. Made-up businesses, real craft.

These three businesses are fictional. We designed both the dated "before" and the modern "after" to show what a CyberHub redesign looks like on a phone.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Anything else? Email contact@cyberhubsoftware.com.

Is it really one price, with nothing monthly?

Yes. You pay the flat price once (half to start, half at approval). We don't sell monthly plans. Your only ongoing costs are your own domain renewal and, if you choose Squarespace or Wix, that platform's plan. GitHub Pages and Cloudflare Pages hosting are free.

Who owns the website?

You do. Your domain and hosting are in your name from day one. When you pay the final invoice, ownership of the custom design and code transfers to you under our short written agreement. Stock photos and fonts stay under their own free licenses, which cover your use. At hand-off you hold every login and we remove our access.

What is the 30-day fix window?

For 30 days after launch, we fix anything that isn't working or isn't what we agreed, free. After that, new work is a new quote, with no retainer.

Can I edit the site myself?

Yes. If you want to change things often, we can build it on Squarespace or Wix in your account and show you how. If you rarely change anything, a fast static site on free hosting is usually the better fit.

How long does it take?

About one week for Starter and one to three weeks for Standard and Plus. The biggest factor is how quickly we get your photos, hours and service details.

What do you need from me?

Your current web address, your logo if you have one, any photos you'd like used, and a few minutes to confirm hours, services and prices. We can use free-license stock photos where you don't have your own.

Do you only work in Dayton?

We're based in the Dayton area and focus on the Miami Valley and small-town Ohio, but we can work with businesses anywhere by email and video call.
